Wirtschaftskriminalität & Untersuchungen

We regularly conduct internal investigations into complex and sensitive matters, including fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, ESG-related issues, and workplace misconduct. We are often appointed to high-profile cases involving allegations against senior management or requiring discreet handling amid media scrutiny.

Our services span the full investigative process - from fact-gathering, interviews, and forensic data analysis to document review - supported by our in-house eDiscovery team and advanced technology, including state-of-the art AI tools. We assess legal exposure and provide strategic and actionable advice on mitigating risks, thereby empowering the decision-makers to reach informed conclusions. We also advise on Switzerland's blocking statutes and assist with cross-border investigations and disputes.

We also represent Swiss and international clients - both corporate and individual - in criminal, civil and regulatory proceedings. We handle high-stakes cases and regularly represent both defendants and injured parties in a wide variety of white-collar crime proceedings, namely in corruption, money laundering, sanctions and criminal administrative law matters.

Asset recovery and litigation arising from fraud and embezzlement schemes form another key part of our work.

We frequently advise on cases where regulatory, criminal and civil exposure converge. Our lawyers are used to provide coordinated and strategic responses to complex issues, drawing on the firm’s extensive expertise in corporate, banking, tax, competition, employment and data privacy law.

  • "Tremendous amount of experience and well-balanced processes enable them to handle complex and sophisticated matters with ease."
