Compensation for Asbestos Victims: Opening of Consultation
The Suva should be able to financially support the Compensation Fund Foundation for Asbestos Victims (EFA). At its meeting on 22 November 2023, the Federal Council sent the inclusion of a new article in the Federal Act on Accident Insurance (AIA) for consultation, to create the legal framework for Suva to make these payments.
