Federal Council approves quality contract between H+, santésuisse and curafutura
At its meeting on 22 May 2024, the Federal Council approved the quality contract between the Swiss Hospital Association H+ and the associations santésuisse and curafutura. This is the first quality contract under the revised Health Insurance Act (Bundesgesetz über die Krankenversicherung, KVG). All associations of service providers and insurers are obliged to conclude quality agreements with each other. These set out standardised and binding rules for quality development.
