Swissmedic: Amendment of the form «Information for application Art. 13 TPA»
Swissmedic announced that, effective 1 January 2025, the previous form «information for application Art. 13 TPA» has been divided into two separate forms: one for veterinary medicinal products and one for human medicinal products. This change was made to allow for more specific information to be provided in applications that request the procedure under art. 13 of the Therapeutic Products Act (TPA) (consideration of review by regulatory authorities in countries with comparable medicinal product control).
