EMA: First vaccine against epizootic haemorrhagic disease recommended for approval

It is authorised in the European Union for its use in cattle. The new vaccine is set to provide protection against the serotype 8 of the EHD virus (EDHV), which has been responsible for recent outbreaks in Europe.
