Swissmedic: Intensification of controls on international trade in medicinal products with suppliers from non-EU countries
Swissmedic has announced that it will respond to cases of falsified products with increased vigilance in international trading in medicinal products. This response comes from its investigations that revealed considerable shortcomings in the qualification of suppliers outside the EU and the tracking of the supply chain.
