Swissmedic: Safety Update – product information updates
Swissmedic has published its monthly safety update, listing selected active substances or active substance groups whose information for healthcare professionals has been, or will be, updated with new safety-related information. Updates to the product information of generics are typically delayed, as they are adapted only after the corresponding original product's information has been revised, and the overview does not present all changes to individual information for healthcare professionals in full detail; safety information listed for one product containing a given active substance may already apply to others containing the same substance or substance class. The current, legally binding versions of the information for healthcare professionals remain those published at www.swissmedicinfo-pro.ch.
