Swissmedic: New: FAQ on Swissmedic Fees Ordinance
For the first time, Swissmedic has published a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) on its enforcement practice for the Ordinance on the Fees charged by the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products (FeeO-Swissmedic; SR 812.214.5). The FAQ explain Swissmedic's approach to fee charging and help affected applicants understand the applicable practice. The list currently comprises three questions and will be updated and expanded as required.
